Rob Frost
Chartered Surveyor
BA (Hons), MSc MRICS
Rob Frost is a highly qualified and experienced property professional who is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Accredited Valuer specialising in residential and commercial property valuation, management, sales and lettings. He has a joint honours degree in Economics & Geography and a Masters degree from Edinburgh University in Geographical Information Systems.
Rob currently works part-time as a mortgage valuer on behalf of many High Street banks and specialist lenders undertaking instructions across a wide range of property types including BTL, re-mortgaging, purchase, rental appraisals, development appraisals and HMOs.
Previously Rob has worked in estate management, has set-up and run his own very successful estates and lettings agency and now manages his own impressive property portfolio.
Prior to entering the property profession Rob worked for 20+ years in international Business Development and Sales Management roles with leading edge US based IT companies. His negotiation, presentation and business skills were honed in multiple million pound deals with some of the largest companies in the world.
Rob has decided to launch Property Truths as he was fed up with seeing decent, hard working and honest people being ripped off by so-called property professionals offering a combination of Get Rich Quick and Easy Money property investment schemes,

Why This Is Important
Unfortunately the property coaching and teaching industry is highly unregulated. This means anybody can set up as a mentor, adviser or speaker with no qualifications or training and call themselves an expert.
Some these companies aim to extract high fees fees for 'get rich schemes' or tie you into 'joint ventures' designed for them to share in any of your success with no risk to them. Sometimes, it's a combination of both.
These businesses exploit peoples desire to become property investors whilst taking advantage of their lack of knowledge about the property industry.
In our view this is unethical, immoral and unfair. Our aim to provide the correct information to would be property investors so that they can see through the hype and make informed and considered decisions.
